KIS (Kiwi Interactive Showcase) is a workshop hosted by NZGDA'S yearly conference, NZGDC (New Zealand Game Development Conference). For 2022, NZGDA's team contracted me to rebrand KIS and its logo.
ID: Research done for inspiration; I took care to get inspiration for logos, vector work, feel, and photographic references. I also gathered a bunch of possible palettes.
ID: Initial concepts – cursor variations, anvil variations, and comman prompt variations.
ID: Logo development and colour variations on white and black to show contrast.
ID: Logotype development – variations for how the logo type would exist relative to the pictorial logo.
ID: Final approved version of the full and abbreviated logo.
